Medical Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy
For medical services, your first visit will be a thorough evaluation of your history. We'll order any labs or testing needed to keep you safe & healthy. At the next visit we'll review test results & treatment options. We'll order any supplements or medications needed to help you lose weight and keep it off, and discuss hormone, nutrition & exercise support. Prescription options include injectable meds or oral ones like Contrave, hormone replacement therapy, and many other options!
Virtual Weight Loss Platform
We offer virtual weight loss support plans as low as $25. Remote monitoring devices can be shipped to you, such as a smart scale for measuring body composition ($50). That way, you will be able to see your progress (decreased fat, increased muscle tone, hydration status and visceral fat level). For an additional cost, we can include a FitBit, and/or blood pressure monitor (all of which sync into our secure telehealth platform). The platform has 24/7 support available, and a Virtual Clinic.
Weight Loss Meds
Injectable medications have emerged as transformative options for weight loss. We use peptides initially developed to help with diabetes, which have now also gained FDA approval for weight loss. They help not only with blood sugar, but they also decrease appetite. At Essence, we only use nationally certified compounding pharmacies, which use independent 3rd party testing to certify their formulations.

Tier 2 $95/month
Visits, smart scale, supplement options:
All tier 1 support, plus a Bluetooth smart scale delivered to your home to help measure your progress (fat loss, muscle gain, hydration status) and tailor your plan accordingly. You'll also get unlimited access to our virtual wellness platform, lab orders, and discounted weight loss supplements.
Tier 3 $245/month
Visits, prescription meds & all supplies:
Get started under $250/month!
Includes all Tier 1 support, lab orders, supplement recommendations, and prescription medications delivered to you (with meds & supplies included).
